PEAK75 — Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

1. Introduction

PEAK75 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile application designed to help you complete a structured personal-discipline challenge by tracking your daily tasks — such as hydration, training, reading, and other habits — over the course of your climb. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

By using PEAK75, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

You sign in to PEAK75 using Sign in with Apple. When you do, we may receive your name and email address, unless you choose to hide your email through Apple’s Hide My Email option. We do not require any other personal details to create your account, and we do not ask for a password — authentication is handled securely through Apple. We store a user ID to associate your data with your account.

b. Profile Information

To personalize your experience, you may provide a display name, a gender, a profile photo, and your preferred units (milliliters or ounces). This information is stored securely in Firebase and synced across your devices.

c. Challenge and Activity Data (Health & Fitness)

We store the data you create while using the app, including the challenge you select, your daily task progress, your water-intake logs, completion dates, and streaks. Because this can include hydration and fitness-related activity, it may be considered health and fitness data. We use it only to operate the app — to show your progress, your conquered peaks, and your achievements across your devices. We do not share this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

d. Notifications

If you enable notifications, PEAK75 sends you local reminders on your device to help you stay on track. These reminders are generated on your device; we do not collect or store their content. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device’s Settings or within the app.

e. Usage and Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how users interact with the app and to improve its features and performance. This may include app-usage events (such as which screens are opened and which features are used), general device information (such as device model and operating system version), and an app-instance identifier. This data is used only to measure and improve the app — not for advertising — and it is not used to identify you personally.

f. Diagnostic and Crash Data

We use Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to receive crash reports and diagnostic information so we can keep the app stable and fix problems. This may include crash logs, device state at the time of a crash, and general device information. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix issues.

g. No Cross-App Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, we do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), and we do not share your data with data brokers or advertising networks. Because we do not track you in this way, PEAK75 does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt. We do not collect your precise location.

3. How We Use the Data

We process your data to:

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We may share limited data with the following trusted service providers, who process it on our behalf:

These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that require them to protect your data and to provide a level of protection at least equivalent to that described in this Privacy Policy and required by the App Store Review Guidelines. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. We do not display ads.

5. Data Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices

All data is stored securely in Firebase, and we retain it for as long as your account is active.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (My account → Delete Account). When you delete your account, all of your data — including your email, user ID, profile information, profile photo, and challenge progress — is permanently deleted from our systems.

You can also:

6. Security

We use modern security measures, including Sign in with Apple, Firebase Authentication, and encrypted connections (HTTPS), to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

7. Children’s Privacy

PEAK75 is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of PEAK75 after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
